vThere is a two-night minimum on the weekends. In other words, if you would like to stay Friday, Saturday or Sunday; you must combine it with another night.

vSunday is a weekend rate unless it's combined with Monday night, in which case it is a week night rate.

vHolidays are three nights minimum and weekend rates apply.

vCheck-In is at 4:00 pm. Check-Out is at 12:00 pm.Unless otherwise arranged to meet your schedule.

vYou will be asked to sign a release of responsibility upon your arrival.We want you to have a good time but you will be held responsible for your actions.

Reservations:We require the first night deposit down within 7 days of the date your reservation is made. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Checks. Because we are a small operation, state and local taxes are not applicable.The total listed below will be the amount you will be expected to bring.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival and are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

We furnish: hot tubs, stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV/VCR, AM/FM CD Stereo, outdoor charcoal grill, kitchen pots, utensils, linens, coffee maker, dishes,towels and fun.

You’ll need to bring beach towels, food, and charcoal.
